Use the support form with the billing category and the email on your account. Never send full card details.
Cancellations
Canceling stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period unless law or an approved refund requires otherwise.
Final policy needed
The owner must supply the refund eligibility period, exceptions, regional consumer-law requirements, and billing contact before launch.
