1. Download from your dashboard

Sign in, confirm that your subscription or trial is active, and request a short-lived download link. Never rely on a permanent third-party installer URL.

2. Verify the release details

Compare the version, publish date, file size, and SHA-256 checksum in the dashboard with the downloaded installer.

3. Review Windows prompts

If the installer is not code-signed, Windows SmartScreen may display an Unknown Publisher warning. Verify the checksum and contact support if anything differs. Never disable Windows Security.

4. Activate one computer

Sign in inside the Windows app to authorize one computer. A device change requires a support-reviewed reset request.
